Expansion Boosters are the best product for players who enjoy opening boosters purely for the thrill of discovering what's inside. Just as Collector Boosters are designed for collecting and Draft Boosters for drafting, Expansion Boosters are designed for the thrill of discovery.

At least one premium card in each booster pack. They can be of any rarity, so this is one of the opportunities for players to find a rare or mythic rare card in an expansion booster.

A chance to find multiple rares. Between the wild card slots, the rare card slot, and the foil card slot, there are several ways to find more than one rare card in an expansion booster.

A chance to get a card from the list. In 25% of cases, instead of an ad card or token, set boosters contain a card from the list: interesting cards from throughout Magic history, reprinted identically (art, frame, and set symbol) with the addition of a small Planeswalker symbol in their lower left corner.

An All Phyrexians expansion booster contains 12 Magic: the Gathering cards:
- 1 rare or mythic rare card
- 2 cards with random rarity (mythic, rare, uncommon or common, 2 identical rarities possible)
- 1 premium card of any rarity
- 1 plot
- 1 unique design card (showcase card or with design specific to the edition)
- 6 matching Common or Uncommon cards
- 1 illustration card
- 1 token/advertising card or special card from the history of Magic

The Planeswalkers who gathered to stop the Phyrexians on Dominaria suffered a crushing defeat. They failed to stop the Phyrexians' plans, but they did manage to stop the heroes who bravely faced their oldest enemies. Now, every plane in the Multiverse is in the Phyrexians' sights, and they intend to invade them all. Only one hope remains: to defeat them on their own land, destroying their means of invading the Multiverse. There is a significant risk that many heroes will fall to the Phyrexians, but the danger to the rest of the population is even greater.

For the heroes preparing to face danger, it's now or never. The Planeswalkers are assembling and advancing on New Phyrexia to end the threat of invasion once and for all.
