Orders selected for collection will be available from the same date, only after you receive the email confirming that they are ready for collection. This date may change if international transport is delayed. We will inform you if the schedule needs to be adjusted.
Your order price remains the price displayed and accepted when it was confirmed. If further waves are offered later, their price may rise or fall depending on supply conditions. A price change applied to a later wave will result neither in an additional charge for previously confirmed orders nor in a refund of the difference if the price falls.
To give as many people as possible a chance to buy one, purchases are limited to 1 unit per customer, i.e. no more than 1 Sealed booster box / 1 No Shrink booster box.
Excess quantities or orders placed to circumvent this limit will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders are prepared and shipped from France with reinforced protective packaging to reduce transport risks.
- Delivery via Mondial Relay / pickup point, Chronopost Relais / Shop2Shop, Colissimo (home delivery) or UPS (depending on the area)
- Warehouse pickup Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., after availability confirmation by email

Returns
- Right of withdrawal — You have 14 days from receipt to notify your decision by sending a clear statement to info@poke-geek.fr or by using the online withdrawal function. Products must then be returned within 14 days of that notification, in accordance with the published policy.
- Diminished value — Any diminished value is assessed case by case according to the product’s actual condition; no automatic or systematic deduction is applied.
- Opened or unsealed TCG products — Opening, unsealing or altering a new and sealed TCG product may cause a substantial loss of value, without automatically creating an absolute exclusion from the right of withdrawal. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
- Statutory warranties — Statutory warranties remain applicable, including where a product is defective, non-conforming, affected by a hidden defect or damaged for reasons not attributable to the customer.
- Fulfilment error — If the wrong product or quantity is supplied, or another error is attributable to order fulfilment, contact customer service so that the applicable remedy can be implemented.
