📦 Order processing & customer service: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).


🏪 Do we have a physical store?

🚫 No, we no longer have a physical store open to the public.
✅ However, order pickup is possible directly from our warehouse. All our sales are made online on our website.

Yes, 100% official! All our items come directly from authorized suppliers and publishers. No counterfeit items will ever be sold on our site.

🎴 Are the single cards sold new?

Yes, all our cards are new! They are carefully protected as soon as they are removed from the booster to guarantee their perfect condition.

📦 When and how do we send your packages?

📍 My tracking number doesn't work, what should I do?

It is normal for your tracking number to appear as invalid right after dispatch. It takes a few hours for the information to be updated by the carrier during collections at our warehouse.

If the problem persists after 24 hours, contact us so we can check the situation.

⚠️ My package packaging is damaged, what should I do?

🔴 Do not accept it! If your package arrives damaged, it is possible that its contents have also been damaged. Refuse delivery and request its immediate return.

Why? Once accepted, the package becomes your responsibility, and it is difficult to prove where and when it was damaged.
