• Opened or unsealed TCG products — Opening, unsealing or altering a new and sealed TCG product may cause a substantial loss of value, without automatically creating an absolute exclusion from the right of withdrawal. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
• Statutory warranties — Statutory warranties remain applicable, including where a product is defective, non-conforming, affected by a hidden defect or damaged for reasons not attributable to the customer.
• Fulfilment error — If the wrong product or quantity is supplied, or another error is attributable to order fulfilment, contact customer service so that the applicable remedy can be implemented.
