Los pedidos se preparan y envían desde Francia con un embalaje reforzado y protegido para reducir los riesgos durante el transporte.
- Envío mediante Mondial Relay / punto de recogida, Chronopost Relais / Shop2Shop, Colissimo (a domicilio) o UPS (según la zona)
- Recogida en el almacén de lunes a sábado, de 10:00 a 15:00, tras la confirmación de disponibilidad por correo electrónico
- Las preventas se envían en cuanto están disponibles, según la fecha indicada en la ficha del producto cuando corresponda; se facilita un enlace de seguimiento en cuanto se realiza el envío
Devoluciones
- Derecho de desistimiento — Dispone de 14 días desde la recepción para notificar su decisión mediante una declaración clara a info@poke-geek.fr o utilizando la función de desistimiento en línea. Los productos deberán devolverse dentro de los 14 días siguientes a dicha notificación, de acuerdo con la política publicada.
- Disminución de valor — Cualquier disminución de valor se evalúa caso por caso según el estado real del producto; no se aplica ninguna deducción automática ni sistemática.
- Productos TCG abiertos o desprecintados — La apertura, el desprecintado o la alteración de un producto TCG nuevo y sellado puede provocar una pérdida de valor importante, sin constituir automáticamente una exclusión absoluta del derecho de desistimiento. Los derechos legales imperativos siguen siendo aplicables.
- Garantías legales — Las garantías legales siguen siendo aplicables, en particular en caso de producto defectuoso, falta de conformidad, vicio oculto o daño no imputable al cliente.
- Error de preparación — En caso de producto equivocado, cantidad incorrecta u otro error imputable a la preparación del pedido, contacte con el servicio de atención al cliente para que se aplique la solución correspondiente.
