Devoluciones
- Derecho de desistimiento — Dispone de 14 días desde la recepción para notificar su decisión mediante una declaración clara a info@poke-geek.fr o utilizando la función de desistimiento en línea. Los productos deberán devolverse dentro de los 14 días siguientes a dicha notificación, de acuerdo con la política publicada.

- Garantías legales — Las garantías legales siguen siendo aplicables, en particular en caso de producto defectuoso, falta de conformidad, vicio oculto o daño no imputable al cliente.
- Error de preparación — En caso de producto equivocado, cantidad incorrecta u otro error imputable a la preparación del pedido, contacte con el servicio de atención al cliente para que se aplique la solución correspondiente.
