🛒 General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1️⃣ Application of Terms

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclusively govern the contractual relations between:

Customer Any natural or legal person making a purchase on poke-geek.fr

Any order confirmed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The customer declares to have the necessary legal capacity to contract.


2️⃣ Products & Availability

🔹 Products offered

Poké-Geek offers collectible cards, card games (TCG), board games, goodies, and merchandise, particularly from the Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh! universes, and Geek culture.

🔹 Product information

In accordance with article L111-1 of the Consumer Code, products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Visuals are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual.

🔹 Availability

  • Products in stock: shipment within 24 to 72 business hours after payment validation.
  • In case of stockout, an indicative restocking time may be communicated.

3️⃣ Orders

🛒 Order placement

The customer must provide accurate information (name, address, email). Poké-Geek cannot be held responsible for any input error leading to a delay or impossibility of delivery. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

🚫 Right to refuse

Poké-Geek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of: ongoing dispute, suspicion of fraud, invalid address, abnormal or abusive order.


🔄 Pre-orders

Some products may be available for pre-order, allowing a product to be reserved before its official release, subject to availability from publishers and distributors.

🔒 Firm and final nature: Any pre-order is firm and final. It cannot under any circumstances be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except in case of cancellation of the release by the publisher or impossibility of supply beyond Poké-Geek's control.

📦 Pre-order shipping

Pre-orders are shipped starting from the official release date, subject to actual receipt of stock by Poké-Geek. Release dates are indicative and subject to change by publishers. Poké-Geek cannot be held responsible for any delay related to a calendar change or supplier delay.

📌 Mixed orders

If an order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped in one go, as soon as all products are available, unless otherwise specified during the order.


🔄 Cancellation before shipment (excluding pre-orders)

Any cancellation request made before shipment is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and accepted as a commercial gesture.

The transaction fees levied by payment providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, or other), not refunded to the seller, remain the responsibility of the customer. In case of refund, the amount returned will correspond to the amount actually received by Poké-Geek, after deduction of these fees.

👉 Alternatively, a credit for the total order amount may be offered, valid across the entire site, with no time limit.

4️⃣ Prices & Payment

💰 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding delivery costs. The applicable rates are those in force at the time of order validation.

  • Klarna (installment payments)

The order is validated only after full payment.

🌍 Customs fees

For any shipment outside the European Union or French overseas territories, any customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.


5️⃣ Delivery & Order pickup

Delivery times are indicative.

🚚 Order processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after payment validation. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the package is taken in charge by the carrier.

🏪 In-store order pickup

In-store pickup is only possible if this option is expressly offered during order validation. It is done:

  • exclusively by appointment,
  • after email confirmation,
  • upon presentation of an identity document matching the name on the order.

⚠️ Incorrect address, refused or unclaimed package

In case of a refused, unclaimed, or returned package due to an incorrect address, a refund may be issued after receipt by Poké-Geek, deducting outward and return shipping costs, preparation fees, and payment fees not refunded by providers. No refund can be claimed until the package has been received by the seller.


6️⃣ Right of withdrawal & Returns (excluding pre-orders)

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

📦 Return conditions

  • New product, unopened, in its original packaging
  • Boosters, displays, boxes, and sealed products strictly unopened

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🚫 Exclusions

  • Unsealed, damaged, or incomplete products
  • Sale or clearance products

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt and verification.


7️⃣ Sale of cards and sealed products

Cards are new and handled with care. No claims can be accepted for minor printing defects (centering, white spots). Sealed products must not be opened under any circumstances.


8️⃣ Claims & Customer Service

Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt, by email, with photos if necessary.

🔴 Any attempt at fraud may lead to customer account closure and/or legal prosecution.

9️⃣ Applicable law & Personal data

These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the court of Poké-Geek's registered office.

In accordance with current regulations (GDPR), the customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
