📦 Order processing: Unless otherwise specified, orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation.

💰 Shipping Costs & Customs

📍 Metropolitan France

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and the carrier chosen at checkout. Rates for Monaco and Andorra are identical to those for Metropolitan France.

🌎 Shipping outside Europe

  • Customs clearance fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Some countries may apply customs duties upon arrival. Poke-Geek cannot be held responsible for these fees, which must be paid by the buyer.

📍 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

ℹ️ Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate, allowing the carrier to register the information in their system.

📦 Pre-orders & Grouped Shipments

If your order contains items in stock and others on pre-order, it will be shipped only when all products are available.


⚠️ Parcel Receipt: Essential Checks

We take special care in packaging your products. All our shipments are filmed and recorded in our warehouses during preparation. However, in case of a problem upon delivery:

🔴 Damaged or open parcel?
DO NOT SIGN and REFUSE delivery. The carrier will automatically return the parcel to our warehouse.
🔴 Parcel accepted but product(s) missing?
We cannot be held responsible if the parcel was accepted while damaged or open.
🛑 Important: Once the parcel is received and signed, it becomes your responsibility.

✍️ Address Error: What to do?

📌 Before shipment:
If you notice an error in your address after confirming your order, contact us immediately to correct it.

📌 After shipment:

  • If the parcel has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for a non-delivery.
  • In case of an incorrect or inaccessible address, the parcel will be returned to us. You can then:
    • Request a new shipment (additional shipping costs will apply).
    • Obtain a refund for the products only (excluding shipping costs).
