The Pokémon Company International has unveiled a new expansion for its popular Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG): Scarlet & Purple—Stellar Crown .

Available from September 13, 2024, this expansion promises to bring exciting new features and rare cards to enrich your collection.

With Scarlet and Purple: Star Crown, players will experience Teracrystallization , a phenomenon introduced in the Pokémon Scarlet and Purple video games. Pokémon-ex Star Teracrystalls will be at the heart of this expansion, possessing unique special attacks and stunning crystal artwork. Each Pokémon-ex Star Teracrystall will have a special attack named after a gem, requiring three different types of Energy.

Additionally, the digital version of the expansion will be available on the Pokémon TCG Live app starting September 12, 2024, allowing trainers to collect and battle with new Pokémon-ex Star Crystals.
