Your orders are shipped via:
- Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 business days

Colissimo Tracked (with signature) : 24 to 48 hours for Metropolitan France
- UPS Standard.
đŠ Order processing:
Unless otherwise stated, orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation.â ïž Delivery times are given as an indication only.
Weekends, public holidays and closing days are not included in these timeframes.
đ° Shipping & Customs Fees
đ Metropolitan France
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and the carrier chosen at checkout. Rates for Monaco and Andorra are the same as those for mainland France.
đ Shipping outside Europe
- Customs clearance fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Some countries may apply customs duties upon arrival . Poke-Geek cannot be held responsible for these charges, which must be paid by the buyer.

đ Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
âčïž Important note : It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to be activated , as the carrier needs time to record the information in its system.
đŠ Pre-orders & group shipping
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, it will only be shipped when all products are available .
â ïž Package receipt: essential checks
We take special care in packaging your products. However, in the event of a problem with delivery:
đŽ Damaged or opened package?
DO NOT SIGN and REFUSE the delivery. The carrier will automatically return the package to our warehouse.đŽ Package accepted but product(s) missing?
We cannot be held responsible if the package was accepted while damaged or open. -
All our shipments are filmed and recorded in our warehouses during preparation.
đ Important : Once the package is received and signed for, it becomes your responsibility.
âïž Incorrect address: what to do?
đ Before shipping:
If you notice an error in your address after validating your order, contact us immediately to correct it.đ After shipment:
- If the package has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt .
- If the address is incorrect or inaccessible , the package will be returned to us. You will then be able to:
- Request a new shipment (additional shipping charges will apply).
- Get a refund for the products only (excluding shipping costs).
