Any order validated on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The client declares that they have the necessary legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Poké-Geek offers collectible cards, trading card games (TCG), board games, goodies and merchandise from the Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh! universes and Geek culture.
đč Product Information
In accordance with Article L111-1 of the Consumer Code , the products are described as accurately as possible.

Products in stock: shipping within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

In the event of a stock shortage, an indicative restocking timeframe can be provided.
3ïžâŁ Orders
đ Placing an order
The customer must provide accurate information (name, address, email).
Poké-Geek cannot be held responsible for any input error resulting in a delay or inability to deliver.A confirmation email is sent after payment is validated.
đ« Right to refuse
Poké-Geek reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

ongoing litigation

suspicion of fraud

Invalid address,

abnormal or abusive order.
đ Pre-orders
Some products offered on the site may be available for pre-order .
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a product before its official release , subject to availability from publishers and distributors.
đ Firm and definitive character
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable .
It cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded under any circumstances , except in the event of cancellation of the release by the publisher or in the event of an inability to obtain supplies beyond the control of PokĂ©-Geek.đŠ Pre-orders are being shipped
Pre-orders are shipped from the official release date , subject to actual receipt of stock by Poké-Geek .
Release dates are indicative and subject to change by publishers or distributors.
PokĂ©-Geek cannot be held responsible for any delay related to a change in schedule or a supplier delay.đ Mixed orders
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered products, the entire order will be shipped together as soon as all products are available, unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.
đ Order cancellation before shipment (excluding pre-orders)
Any cancellation request made before shipment is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and accepted as a commercial gesture .
Transaction fees charged by payment providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal or other), which are not refunded to the seller , remain the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a refund, the amount returned will correspond to the amount actually received by Poké-Geek , less these fees.
đ Alternatively, a credit note for the total amount of the order may be offered, valid on the entire site, without time limit .

Prices are shown in euros (âŹ), excluding delivery charges.

đ Customs fees
For any shipment outside the European Union or French overseas departments and territories, any customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer .

đŠ Available delivery methods
The delivery methods available at the time of ordering are:

Mondial Relay â Delivery to a collection point (3 to 5 business days)

Chronopost Shop2Shop â Delivery to a Chronopost collection point (2 to 4 business days indicative)

UPS â Home delivery or delivery to a UPS Access Point depending on availability (24 to 72 business hours indicative)

Colissimo Tracked with signature â Home delivery (24 to 48 hours for mainland France)
The delivery times provided are indicative only.
đ Order processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier.
đȘ Order pickup on site
Order collection on site is only possible if this option is expressly offered when the order is validated .
The withdrawal takes place:

By appointment only,

after confirmation by email,
-
upon presentation of an identity document corresponding to the name appearing on the order.
No withdrawals can be made without prior validation from Poké-Geek.
â ïž Incorrect address, package refused or unclaimed
In the event of a package being refused, unclaimed or returned due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to the seller.
After Poké-Geek receives the package, a refund can be issued after deduction of :

outbound shipping costs,
-
return shipping costs,
-
preparation and processing fees,
-
as well as payment fees not reimbursed by the service providers .
No refund can be demanded until the package has been received by the seller.
6ïžâŁ Right of withdrawal & Returns (excluding pre-orders)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
đŠ Return conditions

New, unopened product in its original packaging

Boosters, displays, boxes and sealed products strictly unopened
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
đ« Exclusions

Unsealed, damaged or incomplete products

Products on sale or being cleared out
The refund will be processed within 5 working days after receipt and verification.
7ïžâŁ Sale of cards and sealed products
The cards are new and have been handled with care.
No claims will be accepted for minor printing defects (centering, white dots).Sealed products must not be opened under any circumstances.
8ïžâŁ Complaints & Customer Service
Any complaint must be made within 48 hours of receipt , by email, with supporting photos if necessary.
Any attempt at fraud may result in:

the closure of the customer account,
-
legal proceedings.
9ïžâŁ Applicable Law & Personal Data
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the court of Poké-Geek's registered office.In accordance with current regulations (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
