When will my order be prepared and shipped?
Items in stock are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours from our warehouse in France. Transit time depends on the delivery method selected.
How do pre-orders work?
An order containing a pre-order item is shipped once all items are available. The latest date shown for the order applies.
Can I collect my order in Émerainville?
Yes. Free collection in Émerainville is available by appointment, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., after email confirmation that the order is ready. Identification may be requested.
How can I track my delivery?
Tracking details are sent by email as soon as the order ships. They show the shipment’s progress and, for collection-point deliveries, where the parcel is available.
How can I contact Poke-Geek if there is a problem?
Use the contact page and include your order number and relevant details. For an item damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours and attach photos of the parcel and product.
