📦 Order processing & customer service: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
🏪 Do we have a physical store?
🚫 No, we no longer have a physical store open to the public.
✅ However, order pickup is possible directly from our warehouse. All our sales are made online on our website.
✅ Are our products official?

✅ Yes, all our cards are new! They are carefully protected as soon as they are removed from the booster to guarantee their perfect condition.

📍 My tracking number doesn't work, what should I do?
It is normal for your tracking number to appear as invalid right after dispatch. It takes a few hours for the information to be updated by the carrier during collections at our warehouse.
⚠️ My package packaging is damaged, what should I do?
❌ Why? Once accepted, the package becomes your responsibility, and it is difficult to prove where and when it was damaged.
✅ In case of immediate return, we can offer you a quick and suitable solution.
